Hello
Here's who I am & what I do
After more than three fulfilling years working in digital advertising - in 2024 I transitioned my career to work in the Locations department for film production.
I began this process by completing the Film & TV Location Assistant Intensive Training Course with Liverpool Locations. This included training on location department responsibilities, set etiquette, scouting, and practical equipment tutorials, followed by work experience on Hollyoaks.
From 2021 to 2024, I worked in digital advertising, running campaigns for BT, EE, Shell and Coca-Cola. This experience developed my skills in communication, team management, and financial literacy - key for a Location Management.
Shortly after my career switch, I completed the Location Manager Skills Bootcamp with All Spring Media, where I received expert training from Location and Unit Managers, a Producer, a Sustainability Consultant, and a Psychology Coach. Through this comprehensive program I acquired specialized skills and knowledge in location scouting, safety protocols, sustainability practices, mental health awareness, and managing heritage and complex locations.
This year I have been accepted onto the ScreenSkills Trainee Finder Scheme and Sara Putts Associates Trainee scheme.
I am now seeking opportunities in the Location Department to further my experience.
